Create linked buttons

Button links are a combination of buttons which are linked together to create multiple events when tagging with a single button. These links are one directional and visible from one button to the next.

To speed up tagging multiple events or to tag different play situations using a single tag action, it is possible to link the buttons between themselves. The tag action can create an additional event, or end a running event.

Only click on the icon to active the link editor.

 

 

To link buttons, we have to click with the mouse's left button on the event and then drag to the other event button or counter button. 

We can define if the tags will be kept every time we tag the linked button and we can choose whether we want to keep player or generic tags or not.

 

We will find 3 different team options to define how to link this button:

Clear:

it shall clear the team that we have tagged.

Keep:

it shall keep the team that we have tagged.

Invert:

it will invert the team that we have tagge.

 

 

Important

LongoMatch does not allow to link either timer buttons nor tag buttons.
