Choosing a project type

From the welcome panel we go directly to the new project. To do so click on the ‘New project’ button which will open the screen described below.

Here you can make a choice about the input/connection of the video for the project.

Video file:

This allows you to use a video from your computer or storage device.

Capture device:

When you have a capture device connected to your computer you can use this with live recording while doing the analysis.

Fake capture device:

This is best fitting for projects without a video file or that do not have a capture device connected. You can still do an analysis and connect the video file to your project afterwards.

IP camera:

Video files can also be retrieved by using wifi and a IP Camera.
